After a very long delay the much-awaited Whole Foods opened today in Basalt. This may not seem like a big deal to many of you but it really is a huge deal here. I went and looked around – I have never seen a supermarket so busy! Personally I am thrilled with the selections available and am very excited to have this new shopping choice in our area.
