I cannot believe it has been over 2 months since I posted on this page. I have been keeping the Market Reports page up to date but missed by 4 days this month so huge apologies to those who viewed it – it is up to date now! Interestingly our absorption rate (in months) in real estate valley wide almost halved in the last year!!!!! I think that is truly incredible. I have been extremely busy with a 3.5 week visit from my mother followed by a 3 week visit from my father! Lots of showings of real estate. Also my little ballerina had her Nutcracker performance and simultaneously started training for the mogul competitions that start this weekend! I coached at a race camp at Copper Mountain over the Thanksgiving week then started teaching skiing here in Aspen. We seem to have arguably the best snow around so are actually super busy! I will try to add a picture to this post later.
